Animal Care

Animal Care volunteers are the heartbeat of our day-to-day animal operations. We’re compassionate, hands-on helpers who make sure every animal at Brother Wolf feels safe, seen, and loved. Whether scrubbing a kennel or soothing a nervous pup, we show up with empathy and energy, knowing that the little things we do make a big difference in an animal’s life.

We support staff by keeping living spaces clean and enriching for the animals in our care. This can include feeding, cleaning, socializing, walking, playing, and helping animals feel their best while they wait for their forever homes. From washing dishes to sharing snuggles, Animal Care volunteers make sure each animal is cared for with dignity and kindness.
